• ◐ Control each bamboo item from each bamboo strip at begin the treatment: All natural moso raw bamboo strips have been Carbonized through a Steaming kiln at a high temperature of 140 degree by 120 mins by 2 times. Also, this is why bamboo board color is called carbonized color. Carbonzied treatment's main purpose is to degrease and desugar in the end to kill worms or degerming. Each bamboo strip will dry in a kiln at a 60-degree temperature to get moisture of 7-12% before production to finished bamboo products, to control moisture in each bamboo strip is a primary step to guarantee strength on each bamboo board.
